Toby Raincock

Toby has held the role of Chief Executive Officer since 2016, having joined Shard Capital as Chief Financial Officer in 2013. Prior to this, Toby was Director, Head of CASS Operations Regulatory Control at Barclays Capital. Previously he was the Chief Operating Officer of Evolution Securities, a regulated financial services company (part of the Evolution Group plc) where he spent nearly eight years, initially as Financial Controller. He has also worked at Schroders and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from KPMG in 2001. Toby is a member of the Great Britain Rifle Team, most recently winning Silver at the World Championships in South Africa (March 2024), pipped to the Gold medal by a strong Australian Team.
